I was tryng out DOPus 11.16 and wanted to install an icon pack asan_icons.dis, however the location referenced does not appear to exist:
"Opus Preferences: Toolbars / Icons / click the Import icon at the top" , navigate to asan_icons.dis on the desktop. My UI is Settings|Preferences|Toolbars...but there's no import buttons here.
"If you're not sure which version is right for you, you can switch back and forth freely between Pro and Light during the 30 day evaluation period using the Licence Manager."
A search of the help file for license manager returns no relevant results.
As a 57 y.o. with bifocals, I find the default icon size to be entirely inadequate on a modern (relatively) high res display. Your defaults would be great on a 1024x768 CRT...
The "license manager" search result for Installing and Registering has details, near the bottom of the page. (The Operations Toolbar search result is also relevant, although with less information.)
The default icon set comes in large (32x32) and small (22x22) sizes. Small is the default and works well for most at standard DPI (e.g. 1920x1200).
Switching a toolbar to the large set can be done without installing additional icons. However, the Light version doesn't allow the default toolbars to be edited, so this still requires the Pro version.
If you're using/evaluating Pro, here is how to switch to large icons:
[ul][li]Settings > Customize Toolbars.[/li]
[li]Make sure the Toolbars tab is active.[/li]
[li]For each toolbar you want to change (probably File Display, Menu and Operations):
[ul][li]Select the toolbar[/li]
[li]Change the Image Size drop-down on the right to Large[/li][/ul][/li][/ul]
(You can actually do this with the Light version as well, but changes to the default toolbars aren't saved, so it's only temporary, until the window is closed.)
It's also worth noting that you can change the font type and size for toolbars via the same place. (Fonts for most other things can be changed via Settings > Preferences / Display / Colors and Fonts.)
