Integrity Check Failure - New Windows 8 Install

I had heard good things about Directory Opus, so I decided to try it out. I originally downloaded a free 30 day trail (v10.0.5.0 x64) from:
[Link removed as the site looks dubious and doesn't even download the version of Opus is claims to.]

Once I had installed the program, I noticed after an update check that I had an older version. I was directed to the official Directory Opus web page, where I downloaded the newest version (v10.5.0.0 (4779) x64) and signed up for the 60 day evaluation period. I installed the new version over the old one, and entered in my certificate info to start my 60 days. All was fine until this morning, when a cat chasing the Directory Opus icon was bouncing across my screen, along with an box telling me about the Integrity Check Failure.

I uninstalled D.O., rebooted my system, ran a registry cleaner, and reinstalled from the download I got from the D.O. website. After about 10min the bouncing cats arrived again.
Repeated the same process as last time, but installed from a new download from the D.O. website to rule out a corrupt file. After about 10min the bouncing cats arrived again.

I then followed the recommended steps to verify that my EXEs and DLLs were not corrupt. Everything checked out fine with the EXE files, but I did notice that 2 of the DLL file's certificates were only valid til 8/31/2011. Screen shot below.

Any suggestions on how I can fix this issue. The cats are cute, but very annoying
So far I really like the application, and plan on purchasing it. But I want to be assured that purchasing it will fix the problem and remove the Integrity Check Error before I spend the money.

I tried the site you linked and it looks a little dubious to me. I would never trust a site which makes you use 3rd party downloaders like that; at best it will try to push a load of unwanted browser toolbars and other junk on you (as their downloader does), and at worst it could install spyware or a virus.

The site also claimed to have Opus 10.0.5.0 (which is almost a year old) but what it actually downloaded and installed was Opus 9.5 (which is two and a half years old). So I would avoid that site in future.

The certificate used to sign ssleay32.dll in your screenshot is fine. As long as it says "This digital signature is OK" the rest doesn't matter. The certificate was valid at the time it signed the file, which is the important part. (The same certificate would be invalid if used to sign a file today, but it won't be the one used to sign any of the newer files.)

The integrity check and cat you are seeing may be due to the Opus EXE and DLL files being modified (if you've checked the signatures then you can probably rule that out, but it might be worth checking them again in case you missed one) or due to using a Trial Reset hack to try to extend the evaluation period beyond 60 days. If it is the latter, a Trial Reset hack, then using a purchased non-evaluation certificate will make the problem go away but Opus will no longer accept evaluation certificates.

I agree that I shouldn't have used that site, it was simply one of the first links to show up when I searched for "Directory Opus v10". It didn't have any other files included, just the installer, and I scanned it before installing, but it looks to have done something.

I'm not worried about entering another evaluation certificate. In the 2 days I have used it I am sold on the software. I just want to make sure that when I purchase it, the cats will go away. If you can confirm that, I will purchase it . Thank you.

I ended up just doing a complete reinstall of Windows. Was trying to avoid that since I had just spent a few hours loading up all my programs, but something was very screwed up with Windows File Explorer, possibly due to that bad download. Going to grab a pro license now. Thanks to anyone that gave feedback.
