Intel Optane Memory Pinning

Since the last Windows 10 Update, every time I right click on a file I get this error popping up that Says "Intel Optane(tm) Memory Pinning Unable to load DLL 'iaStorAfsServiceApi.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception From HRESULT: 0x8007007E"

Does anybody know what this is about?

Searching for the DLL name finds several pages about the same problem, with solutions. It doesn't seem specific to Opus:
