Internet Shortcut with Target tooltip on hover

When using File Explorer on Windows 10, if I hover on a Internet shortcut (.URL), Windows will display the http address of the shortcut as in the top half of the screenshot. When using Directory Opus 12.30, it does not show the http address as shown in bottom half of screenshot.

Is there an option to enable showing the http address for .URL shortcuts?

You need to edit the URL - Internet Shortcut filetype.
It is near the bottom of the long list.
Then add the Info Tip fields you want to see from the Info Tip list.

Hopefully, that's correct.
If not, morning is a only few hours away in Europe.

You can also use the Description or Target columns to show where URL files point in the file display. Useful if there are several you need to inspect.

Thank you David - works great. Just one minor thing, is it possible to remove the ".url" from the end of the Info Tip while keeping the extension displayed in the Lister?

I don't think there is built-in, but it should be possible via a fairly simple script.

Please link your account if you want help with that.
