One of the things I dislike about Windows Explorer is the lack of a "Select All" selection in the right click menu. A fellow named Ramesh on the Vista.General NewsGroup wrote a little registry routine that solved that problem for me.

To add commands to the default files and folders context Menu:
Click Settings -> File Types -> Select All Files and Folders -> Edit -> Click the Context Menu Tab ->
New -> Type: Run an Opus Function -> type the following code: Select ALL -> Click Ok
To add commands to the default Lister Menu:
Click Settings -> Customize -> Context Menus Tab -> Select Lister Context -> Show -> Right Click the Menu ->
New -> New Button -> Right Click the new button -> Edit -> Function: Select ALL
You could also just add a new button to the toolbar with the same code:
Right Click the Toolbar -> Customize -> Right Click the Toolbar (again) -> New -> New Button ->
Right Click the new button -> Edit -> Function: Select ALL
