Maybe you're after the Clear all Filters button in this FAQ:

nudel, thanks for the response- i took a look at the link you gave, but i didnt really understand most of the stuff.

i just want to make a button, that upon clicking will hide/show all folders, and one that will hide/show files upon clicking, and maybe one that will toggle viewing system files. i know similar functionality exists in the filter bar, but id like a clickable button if possible.

Hello der-affe...

I think I have two buttons such as you describe. The functions they invoke are:

Set HIDEFILTERFOLDERS=*

and

Set HIDEFILTERFILENAME=*

Just create 3 buttons and assign one of the following commands to each:

Set HIDEFILTERFOLDERS=*

Set HIDEFILTERFILENAME=*

Set HIDEFILTERATTR=S

Oops, Bernard beat me to it. lol

... by that much!

thanks very much for the input- i got the buttons created

i think those 3 that i requested are some of the very handiest. i need to set some icons for them to differentiate, any of you know of where i might could look for some icons that work with the program?
