Is there any way to increase the text size globally?

I'd like to make the text size of all of the text in directory opus (menus, dialogs, folder tree, filenames, etc) slightly larger. Is there a single place to do all of this at once? I can hit + to make the text in the files pane bigger or smaller but I'd like the folder tree to match.

Preferences / Colours and Fonts / Fonts

At the bottom of the list of fonts you can change are two entries for changing them all at once (fixed width and proportional width).

(Changing system DPI is another option, but will affect more things.)
