.ISO Files context menu options -> Specifically "Mount" command

Goooood Morning Er'body,

I'm trying to get to the bottom of this weirdness. When I right click an ISO file, I get a context menu, shown below:

Ok, so the very top "mount" option works properly and mounts the ISO as a disc image into a virtual drive. However, I can't figure out how to get rid of the "mount" command in the middle of the menu which does nothing when click. I've searched the shell page in the preferences and could not find something that appeared to handle this.

Glary Utilities can remove items like this. The free version is sufficient.
