Hi,
I just want to be able to view .jp2 thumbnails, but, it seems, I'll have to download another browser/viewer, to do so.
Am I doing something wrong? There seems to be no recent answers for this issue.

A JPEG2000 plugin comes with Opus, but is turned off by default.
You can enable it under Preferences / Viewer / Plugins.
Thanks, that is the first thing I did. The only thing not checked, now, is multiview. However, my thumbnails only appear on some. It seems it's very random; a full page of .jp2 will only show certain pics, but they all open fine in their default app--in this case it is IrfanView.
It's strange and frustrating.
Looks like something about those files means they aren't recognised by the plugin. If you zip and attach one, or can point to one online somewhere which has the problem, I can take a look.
Thanks, I think it's working now, it just takes a little longer to populate as some of them are very large files. Some are well over 100 MB (up to 1.2 GB).
