Starting with V13.1 Directory Opus stopped displaying the context menu for JRiver. Is there a way to enable the context menu for JRiver?
Did you really mean 13.1 from 2 years ago?
As far as I know we didn't do anything on our side specific to JRiver.
Check under Preferences / Miscellaneous / Shell Extensions that it isn't blocked (in the Context Menu and Context Menu UWP categories), and that third-party items aren't hidden (checkbox near the bottom of the window).
Apparently, starting with V13.1 and continuing through V13.21 the default for JRiver context menu was changed to blocked. Thank you for guiding me to where I could change that.
Extensions may also be blocked automatically if they crash repeatedly.
If you have instability after unblocking it, that would have been the reason.
