Keep getting no disk popup

I keep getting a "no disk" popup every couple of minutes on my computer. It doesn't start every day but when it does it pops up every 3-4 minutes or so. This happens every couple of days. Please see attachment for popup.

If you google the error message it seems to be related to removable devices like card readers etc. You could try following some of the suggestions (e.g. this thread) to see if it helps.

Ok, it was my monitors usb and multi card reader. The problem goes away if I unplug my monitor usb from my computer.
