Keep history of searches used in Select Files

Please can you keep a history of what I've searched for using Select Files:

I generally switch between a few common selections during a session so this would be really useful.

Having it work like other 'history' lists would be perfect, whereby you can type, use the up/down arrows or hit the drop-down button:

It's not exactly what you're looking for but if you click Advanced and use that UI, it will remember the last thing you used, and also allows you to load and save the flter setups for later use.
