Not sure if it a config setting, but since updating to 13, I cant use the "Delete" key on my keyboard to delete files. The key work fine within Explorer. I have tried both on my Logiteh MX keys as well as my laptop keyboard.

Using custom toolbars, presumably? You might need to add the hotkey to your Delete button, or create a standalone hotkey if you don't have a button to add it to.
Command is just Delete or Delete SHIFT (makes it skip the recycle bin if Shift is down).
Yes, custom toolbars. I have added the hotkey to the delete button, and all working again now. Thanks Leo.
