Keydown qualifiers force open in background

@nodeselect @keydown:none /windows\notepad {F} @keydown:shift /windows\notepad {F}
Left click opens NotePad in the foreground, shift-click opens in the background. The same happens with ctrl-click. Is this working as designed? There is no nothing in the Help file to suggest that it is to be expected.

Doesn't happen here. It always opens in the foreground.

What if you launch notepad from a command prompt with and without shift held down?

My working system is XP. From a command prompt, NotePad opens in the foreground with and without shift. Your question prompted me to test in a Windows 7 VM where, with the same Opus configuration copied from the top level XP system, it works properly. This would suggest that the Opus config is not causing the observed behaviour. Must be some setting in XP.

As a complete aside, when I installed the latest DOpusInstall-9551OI package in the VM (Virtual PC, in this case) it started up in Italian. I had to complete the install and then change the language to English. I checked the region settings and they are correctly set to Australia.
