Is it possible to create collections with labels?
My idea is to mark files or folders with labels so that they automatically appear in the collections.
Something similar to what https://files.community/ does, which contains a section in which files with labels appear automatically grouped.
In this second image you can see another way of viewing the files with a label that is also interesting, but if I could get something like in the first image it would help me.
Try a button that uses Properties SETLABEL to assign labels to items and Copy COPYTOCOLL to add items to collections.
You could also define Find filters for the labels and use them with the Find command to create collections on the fly. This could be rather slow, depending on the storage.

Is there a way to get the search results indexed so that they are faster?
I am afraid there is not. You are facing the fundamental problem of keeping the index accurate. The label info is stored with the files and there are countless opportunities to change the files or the info without updating the index.
