Label in menu deactivates window

Running 11.5 x64

Insert a Label into any menu item.
Now open and close this menu (out of customize mode) to view the main dopus window switching from active to inactive (inactive when the menu is open).
Remove the label and this behavior goes away.

How would i do that? I can assign an image to menu items, in edit mode, but how, exactly, do you insert a label?
Do you mean the label color in the context menu?

Confirmed.

@abr In customise mode, open any menu, right click --> New --> Label. Come out of customise mode and open/close the menu.
