Length of pathname in favorites toolbar

Hi,

is there a way to tell DOpus to shorten the path shown under a favorite icon in the favorites toolbar?

Instead of "C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\joy\Eigene Dateien" which takes a lot of space in the toolbar just let ist show "C:...\Eigene Dateien".

Edit: I just saw, that indeed DOpus does this, cutting of "C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\joy\Eigene Dateien\Dokumente\Job" in to "C:\Dokumente...\joy\Eigene Dateien\Dokumente\Job". So let´s change this question into: How can I tell DOpus the maximal width of an icon caption in the fav-toolbar?

If you go to Preferences - Favorites & Recent - Favorites List you can rename the entries to whatever you want:

I ommited to tell, that I was talking about the "SmartFavorites"... Can't rename them...

Oh, and by the way: Is there a way to tell the SmartFavorites to not take into account certain folders?

I don't know of a way to do it. If you want it send GPSoftware a feature request.

If you follow the rightmost link in nudel's signature labeled "GPSoftware support form" you will find the "Technical Support Request" and voila ... :wink:
