Licence expired?

I have used a DOpus 12 Pro for a while now but recently it told me my licence would expire in a few days. I waited till it expired and indeed I could no longer use DOpus. Thinking this is normal I just bought another one. But according to the FAQ the licence does not expire. So what happened? And can I get a refund for the new licence?

The same FAQ you cited asks users to contact sales@gpsoft.com.au for licensing assistance. You are MUCH MORE LIKELY to get a response to your concern through that route.

Only trial licences expire. You probably haven’t installed the licence on that machine. Just download it and install it and you should be good to go.

You are right. I upgraded to Windows 11 and something must have gone wrong. But I thought I had installed the licence.
