Hello
When I renew my license, is the start date the time I pay or the time of license expiration?
For example, if I renew my license after 6 months of license expiration.
When renewing after expiration, you'll need to pay for the time you missed (capped at a maximum of one year), plus a minimum of one year ahead. So if your subscription expired 6 months ago, you would need to pay for at least 18 months subscription to renew for the next 12 months.
Let’s say I renew for 3 years. If during this first year v14 is released, v13 won’t get any new updates. So I would have to upgrade to v14 while my license is still valid for 2 years but it is no longer of any use.
In this case I’ll have to pay again a new license for v14 to get updates. Right ? Does the upgrade discount calculation take into account the number of years for which I have renewed my license?
No. Any version is included; in the new model, the number is merely cosmetic.

Man i hate subs. And this sub is even worse somehow, just not so pricey as some Adobe. Usually you need to pay more to cancel it, not before.
At least i can still use my own PC "for free". ![]()
Adobe's software stops working if you stop the subscription. Ours will keep working indefinitely (you just can't install new versions without an active sub, as we aren't working for free here, and never have, but we don't take away things that have already been paid for like Adobe).
