License manager - Invalid email address

Im an having problems trying to login to the website license manager. I use the correct registration code and the email that received the purchase order but am getting an 'invalid email address' message.

Not sure if i am allowed to post the reg code or email address directly within this message.

Please use Lost Registration - Directory Opus Self-Service Support to make sure the email address and registration code are both correct and up to date.
