Is there a plugin that allows dopus to recognize all linux file formats?
If you mean for locally installed disks, you can install filesystems that make all of Windows (including Opus) able to read the common Linux partition formats.
There are a few different ones and I don't know which to recommend. It will also depend on what the partition is formatted with.
