Lister became unresponsive after using 7zip

Lister is unresponsive. I can scroll the list of files, but can't select them. The close button and other window controls, including resize and dragging the title bar to move it, do not work.

It may be unrelated, by I archived a folder with 7zip before this happened. I've not had this issue using 7zip before in Opus 13, or with Opus 12.

Edit: Correction, I was able to reproduce it by creating a 7zip archive and then deleting the directory that I just archived. I think it's the deletion that causes the freeze.

Is the archive made in Opus or using 7Zip itself?

Delete to recycle bin or without?

Can you give an exact set of steps that reproduce the issue?

Which version are you seeing the problem with (e.g. 13.5.5)?

Made with 7zip. Delete without recycle bin.

I added a folder to a 7zip archive via the 7zip context menu items.
I then deleted that folder by selected it in the lister and pressing shift-delete, as I normally do.

Directory Opus 13.5 Build 8871 x64
OS 10.0 (B:22631 P:2 T:1) SP 0.0
(Windows 11, up to date on patches)

How many files are in the zip, and what type(s)?

The issue could be antivirus scanning the new archive and blocking Opus until it has finished scanning.

150,000 files of mixed types, from source code to executables. I run Microsoft Antivirus, I've seen that cause performance issues with Thunderbird mail exports before.
