Is there a way to lock a lister as the destination?
I searched but couldn't find anything.
Not these days, no. You could a long time ago, but it added a lot of complications/confusion when something could be the active window but not the source.
If you need to copy/move a lot of things to the same destination folder while clicking between different windows, there are other ways to do that. e.g. You could have a button which copies to a destination stored in a variable, and asks for which destination to use if the variable hasn't been set yet.
