Lost Opus Program Icon

Hi

I appear to have lost the program icon for Opus.

Can someone please tell me how to find it and get it back.

I am honestly not sure what I did to make this happen, as I wasn't in any settings or folders, but I must have done something!

The icon is gone from the Start menu thus also the quick launch and desktop:

But, I do have it still in the taskbar:

  • MS Windows 7
  • Opus 10

Try clearing the shell icon cache. Here's a tool I wrote to do it: ClearIconCache.
