Minor buglette - Preferences / File Display Modes / Thumbnails / Make Square. Toggling the checkbox does not result in the Apply button being enabled.
It's not actually an option as such, all it does is lock the two sizes together. If the sizes don't actually change because of it then there's nothing to Apply.
