Mapping Network Drive

Hi GPSupport,

I am having enormous trouble mapping shares on WD "Cloud" NAS device which is local on my network.
I have recently called WD support and their response was that the issue could be caused by thrid-party drive mapping software.

So, I wanted to confirm with you that within Directory Opus your call to "map network drive" is using the published function(s) from Microsoft. PLease can you confirm or refute this scenario.

Yes, we just call the Windows API for this (technically speaking we call the WNetConnectionDialog1() function).

Thank you, it is as I suspected. I can now advise Tech Supp at WD that my system does not use 3rd party drive mapping.
