When creating an Menu Button / Label.
I noticed the "&" doesn't show what i do notice when I type "&&" then it show "&"
So my question is please fix it so we only need to type it once instead twice.

That isn't a bug, and won't be changing.
Putting & before a character is how you indicate the keyboard shortcut for that button. If you want a literal & you put && as you discovered.
(These are Windows conventions, not Opus ones, although they are also documented in the Opus manual. E.g. Search for "ampersand" on this page: Command Editor [Directory Opus Manual])
