Missing copy queue overlay icon on files (v13.24 vs v13.9)

Hi everyone,

I recently started testing Directory Opus using version 13.9. In that version, whenever files were queued for copying, a small white status overlay icon would appear directly on the queued files' icons. This was incredibly helpful to visually track which files were waiting in the background.

I liked the software so much that I decided to purchase a full license and immediately updated to the latest version, 13.24. However, after the update, this specific copy queue overlay is completely gone.

I have thoroughly checked the Preferences to see if it was just disabled by default. In the File Operations / Copying Files section, I have both the "Show icon overlays for copying files" and "Show ghost files for queued copies" options explicitly checked. I suspect this is the exact setting that should be responsible for it, but the queue overlays still don't appear.

I suspect this might be a bug, an unintended side effect of the recent transition to the new SVG icon engine, or perhaps related to older fixes regarding the copy queue overlay being left behind.

Is there a hidden setting in Advanced Options to restore this overlay, or is it a bug in the current build?

Works OK here. How are you initiating the copy?

I am initiating the copy using drag & drop, transferring files from a local drive to a server via SMB (dual panel).
EDIT:
I decided to do some deeper troubleshooting on my end. I installed a completely fresh copy of v13.24 on my second laptop, and the SMB transfer overlays worked perfectly right out of the box.

I went back to my main PC preparing to do a clean reinstall with a registry wipe, but then I discovered the actual "fix" by pure accident. All I had to do was simply close the active tab and open a new one.

It seems that the old tab (which was open and restored from before the update/settings change) simply cached the old visual state. Closing it and opening a fresh tab forced the new engine to redraw everything, and the white queue overlays immediately started working for my local-to-SMB network transfers again.

Everything works flawlessly now, exactly like it did in version 13.9. Sorry for taking up your time with this, and thank you for the amazing software!
