I downloaded and merged with the Registry a reg file from Windows 10 Forums to add an option to the Context Menu. It appears in the File Explorer context menu, but not in the DO context menu.
I tried Shift & Right-click, no change.

That looks like something specific to File Explorer.
You can normally do the same thing in Opus (and File Explorer) by shift-clicking the normal delete button or menu item.
Or you can add a toolbar or menu item which runs Delete NORECYCLE
.
Or, if you never want to use the recycle bin from within Opus, you can turn it off under Preferences / File Operations / Deleting Files.
Ah, thanks.
