Missing Onedrive for business options Icons in Context Menu?

Hi All,
My One-drive context options are showing when I right click a file/folder in Directory Opus. However the icon seems to be missing which makes it easy to miss.

I've searched but can't seem to find a solution. Is this a PEBKAC error or something else?

Many thanks
Adam

Do you see icons in Explorer in that situation?

For me the OneDrive context menu options don't have icons in Explorer either.

Perhaps that's the issue. In my case because Onedrive nests it's options, then you can clearly see the first command is Onedrive, then the subsequent options are shown.
Is there a way to run a similar nested approach with DOpus?

That's the new-style Windows 11 context menu, which we don't have an equivalent of. But if you select 'Show more options' there, Explorer will show the old-style context menu as well, and it'll be the same as in Opus. Basically in the old-style menu the context menu extension itself is responsible for creating a sub-menu if that's what it wants to do, and OneDrive doesn't seem to.
