How to change the color on hover over a folder

The hover colour comes from the Windows theme and isn't configurable in Opus.

If you turn off Preferences / Display / Options / Use visual styles to draw items it will disable the hover colour altogether.

If you turn off Preferences / Display / Options / Visual styles override file selection colors, you can keep visual styles on and still have a hover color, which then comes from your choice of file selection background color.
