Modified Date format / Custom Folder Icon

I can't seem to find info in FAQ or Forum on these 2 subjects.

  1. Can the Modified Date format of lister be changed or customized to use actual dates in lieu of "Today, Yesterday, etc."?
  2. Can an individual Folder Icon be modified(i.e. different color)?
