And that "something" was, as per the release notes:

Added Copy NOQUEUEWHENSAME and Clipboard CUTNOCOPYQUEUEWHENSAME arguments, to disable queuing when the source and destination paths are on the same drive.

You said at the time you could confirm that it worked so presumably you modified your command at the time, and somehow it got changed back.
