I am trying to drag a folder tab to a different position in newest version of DOpus. I should be able to do this as I have done it before (long time ago). However, when I go to drag the tab, it opens in a new window. This has been extremely frustrating this morning as I have attempted it at least 10 times. What am I doing wrong? It seems to tear off the tab bar (mine is at the bottom of the window) and auto opens a completely new window. Can someone help? Are there keystrokes to move a tab left or right?
I have no clue what a mixed DPI system is.
Two monitors that aren't both at the same DPI. Or changing DPI without rebooting.
Nope. Only one monitor.
If you go to Preferences / User Interface / Transition Animations are there any warnings in the middle/bottom of the page there? (That'll show a message if the system is in mixed DPI mode, for example.)
Also, do you have any tools installed that act as overlays across the whole system, or add extra buttons or captions to other program's windows?
Please try with Directory Opus 13.13.1 (Beta) (or later, if applicable when you see this).
I was using the Beta when this happened.
13.13.1 hadn't been released when you made your original post.
NO warnings at Transition Animations. Second question - nothing that I know of.
I found a way to get the tab where I want it, so I gave up on the dragging.
Please try dragging tabs in the new beta.
