Need help getting registration code for upgrade

Hello all,

Long time lurker, first time poster!
I have DO 12, would like to upgrade to DO 13.
I have my certificate and all the emails from the purchase but I’ve miss placed the registration code.
When I request a new one, it sends it to an email that I messed up DNS on so currently in not getting emails. I hope this is the right place. Can someone point me on what to do?

The registration code is in the purchase email. It's also in the certificate file (open it in Notepad to see it). If you have Opus 12 installed and registered you can also get it via Help > Licence Manager.
