I tried to change the title, using that option, but nothing happens, even when i set the auto start to use a default lister instead of a layout. What could be the reason?
What did you change it to?
Nothing special. I just replaced a simple title like "apples" with "pears", without any further parameters.

Is the folder you are in called Beispiel? If not then your default lister (or whatever that is) must have been saved with a custom title which is overriding the title set in Preferences.
change of the title works in the German version!
Run Set LISTERTITLE to remove the custom title, then save over the default lister.
(i.e. Do the same thing you did to get the custom title applied to the default lister, but leave the title blank so it is removed instead.)
Thanks! After saving an empty "SET Listertitle" & saving over it works now.
