Is it possible to customize this button? (New File or Folder)
I just want to move a few items around and delete out a couple.
I only get this to work with, so it looks hardcoded in the program. ?
It's built automatically from the registry. You could remove items by deleting the appropriate registry keys if you wanted but there's no way to reorder them.
Another option would be to replace it with an Opus menu containing the desired items built using individual buttons.

Ok, I'm not finding how to make a button that creates a new file.
I got the folder one because it's listed.
There’s a FAQ about it. 
Ok. Filetype NEW=(extension) works.

Got a few done. That's all I really need for now. Still have the right click context menu if needed.
