Hi,
So this is clearly not a showstopper or critical issue, but I felt that it's important to report, nonetheless.
My personal laptop is a Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio (1st Generation) running the latest Windows 11 and my work laptop is a Dell Latitude running the latest Windows 10.
Even before v13, never have I ever received the Windows popup notification that a new version of DOpus is available on my Surface [Edit: This is since I upgraded to Windows 11, because I do remember getting the notifications on Windows 10.]. I do, however, always get it on my Dell work laptop and that's when I manually go into DOpus on my Surface and manually check for updates to download and install the latest version.
It's not that I'm being impatient because sometimes I'm busy working and I have no time to switch to my Surface and do the download. I'm certainly not expecting both laptops to display the notification in sync, but it is just odd that never has the Surface proactively provided that notification.
Yeah, yeah of course I have checked and ensured that the notification settings are enabled on my Surface.
Perhaps it is just a matter of waiting (much) longer on my Surface?
I'll try do to that next time but if anyone else has experienced similar or has any ideas/suggestions, please let me know.
Thanks!
