No idea what this is called so I can't find the setting

Hi Guys, (and Gals).

I wanted to change the color of something but without knowing the name, I've been changing everything it seems BUT what I want to change.

If someone would be so link to look at the item with the red arrow and tell me what the heck this is called? (this is the This PC window BTW)

This should be Group Header, found under Colors & Fonts/Directory Opus Colors
And btw, it apperas everytime you decide to group things (by date, by type, etc ...) in a file display.

This was Snagit 2024 on windows, but pretty much and screenshot program does it.
