I use shortcut on my Desktop for launching program.
No, i haven't examined these programs in Task Manager.
I do do not notice any delays for starting other programs.
I've found potential reason of this first longer start. It looks like from some unknown reason WIndows Defender makes DO 1st start longer. After disabling/removing Defender, I could not see any delays.
