Number of users on a single machine?

How do I install the program so that any user of a single computer can use this program? Currently if I sign on as the administrator I cannot use directory opus.

Opus is installed for all users by default.

What's special about your administrator account compared to a normal account with admin privileges?

What happens when you run it under that account?

I’m using Windows 10 if that matters. My computer has only two accounts. One is for myself with administrative privileges and the 2nd is for the administrator. Opus was installed while I was signed into my account. I have set Opus to replace Windows file manager.

The reason for me asking this question is that I signed out of my account and then signed on to the administrative account. There were several desktop icons created before Opus was installed which pointed to various folders. When I double click on any of these Icons I end up in Windows file manager instead of Opus.

You probably just need to run Opus under that account and turn on Explorer Replacement for that user.

Here is some additional info. My administrative desktop has both shortcuts to folders as well as actual folders located on my desktop. As I mentioned previously (while in the administrative account) double clicking either icon opens file manager not Opus. If I right click on the desktop folder there is no entry in the list for Opus. What I do see is an entry for file manager and filed manager++. Another point is that my tool bar does not show the Opus icon when in the administrative account but is is there while in my account.

What am I missing here? If I cannot get into Opus how do I do that?

Sorry for the extra post. Replying to myself is, well, you know …….

Run Opus from the icon in the start menu.

But It’s not there.

If you type "opus" into the search field in the start menu nothing comes up?

Yes it does with all of the check boxes filled in with checks for me.

Whoopee, I now have Opus running. Sorry for the wild goose chase.
