Compare: date (newer) or size
Comparing the source to destination, if the file names are the same the source file over writes the destination file ever though the source file is older than the destination file.
The ".. or size" bit means they'll also be copied if the sizes are different, irrespective of the dates. Choose "date (newer)" if you only want the timestamps to be considered.
