As shown on attached screenshot, background colour of "Unattended" checkbox is lighter than dialog background. This may happen on other progress dialogs too (eg. copy)
How are you starting the deletion?
I got different results when doing a Shift + Del, but it looks like your progress dialog is part of an operation that does more than just a simple delete, as it's showing two progress bars. Is it a secure delete, or a button that runs multiple commands?
FWIW, the color at the bottom should match the Tab control selected background color. I changed it to red to make any error stand out more. (The actual checkbox has a solid white background in the default Windows theme, which isn't a bug. The background behind the text is what I'm focusing on.)
It was a secure delete of multiple files initiated from the standard Delete drop-down menu button, with default colour Light colour scheme.
