Open favorites in new tab

I made a favorites menu and I would like to open them in a new tab with a middle mouse-click.
Is there any way to do that?

I don't think middle-clicking can be made to open things in the favorites menu, but you can make it so they open new tabs if you hold Alt when you click them. Add the USEQUALKEYS argument to the command which generates the list of favorites.

(Note that if you have the Preferences option on which makes alt-click as a shortcut for editing buttons then this won't work.)

You can also make it so the favorites menu always opens things in a new tab using the NEWTAB argument.

Thanks, I already had it set up so I could shift-click, which works fine.
But I'm a mouse oriented user so I thought the middle mouse-click would be more to my liking.
Oh well...

You can make buttons for individual folders that do what you want, FWIW, just not for the favorites list.
