When you drag exe file to toolbar, this dialog is open.
Is it possible to display this dialog when I edit button ?
If not what about add button in button editor ?
It's not possible, and it wouldn't work if the button used anything that the dialog doesn't understand. If we let you open it for existing buttons it wouldn't always work, which I think would be more confusing than useful.
