Option for Archive extract to eliminate duplicate root folder

I would like the option to eliminate the duplicate root folder if it exists when extracting from a compressed archive (like the option in 7Zip).

So if you have CompressedFiles.zip and you extract to CompressedFiles folder, if it already has a root folder of CompressedFiles in the zip file, you would not create that folder and instead just extract what is in that folder.
