Opus Application Hang question

Dear forum,

Opus often Hang and Not Responding serval times in a day on my desktop.
I try to uninstall and install again 13.19 version. But the situation still exists.
With the same config, this problem never show up in my laptop.

Here is the log from Windows event.
What can I do to fix this problem?

Have a look at Crash, exit or high CPU when viewing certain directories.

I will follow the link to do trouble shooting.

Thanks for your guide. But high CPU problem still exist according to the article.

  1. all the extension not belong to Microsoft have been closed with ShellExView.
  2. all the Plugins in Preferences have been closed.
    3.open DOpus in command line as safemode.
    Should I collect some log and analyses how to deal with the high CPU problem?

dopus.exe /safe isn't a valid command line.

If you're following suggestions from an AI, please don't, as that will only make a bigger mess that's harder to untangle. :slight_smile:
