Take a guess.
Impossibly low price, product version that does not exist (there is no "OEM" version of Opus) and offering a version that is months out of date. It's not legit.
That site has all the tell tale warnings. No address, no telephone number, nothing to tell you about where they do business.
"We accept only credit cards."
Buy from them and watch your credit card bouncing all around the planet.
From the FAQ section of this "business", I think it makes the thing clear:

If you cannot find file or directory mentioned in !HOW_TO_INSTALL.TXT (ex. Crack, LEGEND, MAGNiTUDE directories), in downloaded zip archive, find it on BURNED or MOUNTED CD/DVD
(Right click on 'My computer' select Explore, right click on CD/DVD drive select Explore...)
It should be common knowledge that these telling signs only mean one thing: Stay away.
Still they find customers.
