There used to be a big announcement header-like banner thing which showed latest version of Opus with link to its topic in the New Releases category. But it's missing for some time now 
I don't know whether I closed it or was it removed by the admins, but it was very useful! How do I get it back? I've checked all the settings but didn't find anything.
