Hi, Ive tried to run the update though my opus program, however it didn't work and I ended up downloading the latest version from the website. Ive saved it to my downloads directory - however when I try and run the file (by double clicking or right clicking and run as administrator..) I immediately get the message "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the items"
Please check that the installer was fully downloaded and is not corrupt.
If that's OK, can you download and run other installers via the same directory?
Could your anti-virus scanner be blocking you from running some installers? Its logs may indicate that it has.
